Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Offensive Security Analyst to analyze attack paths, model adversary behavior, and train AI systems to understand how breaches happen. This role emphasizes adversarial reasoning over exploit development and requires strong writing to communicate complex attack narratives clearly.

This is a remote, hourly contract with 10–40 hours per week. You will analyze real-world scenarios, identify weaknesses, and contribute to data that trains frontier AI systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in penetration testing or red team operations.
• Ability to translate attack narratives into structured analysis.
• Clear written communication of adversarial reasoning.
• Detail-oriented and methodical with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary strategies across real-world systems.
• Label and validate adversarial reasoning data for AI training.
• Explain business impact and security tradeoffs in structured formats.
• Work independently on task-based assignments.
