Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in pentesting, red teaming, or blue-team with offensive depth.
• Ability to articulate attack chains and impacts to technical audiences.
• Detailed, methodical documentation of findings.
• Experience with production environments and real-world attack flows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary strategies across production-style environments
• Identify and classify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and defensive gaps across modern infrastructure
• Review red-team style scenarios and intrusion narratives for accuracy and plausibility
• Generate, label, and validate adversarial reasoning data for training AI systems
• Explain how attacks propagate, defenses fail, and risk compounds across environments
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
