Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst (AI Training) to analyze security scenarios, classify incidents, and help shape how AI understands threats in production environments. You will create data used to train security models and clearly explain issues and business impact.

The role is hourly contract, fully remote, with 10–40 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling and ongoing opportunities for future work with Alignerr.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on security experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint domains.
• Familiarity with firewalls, EDR, email security, IAM, SIEMs, and enterprise tooling.
• Ability to describe complex security concepts clearly and succinctly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network, endpoint, and email security scenarios across enterprise stacks.
• Review firewall, EDR, and infrastructure cases to identify root causes and failures.
• Classify incidents and misconfigurations based on operational data.
• Create and validate security training datasets for AI systems.
