Knorr Brake Company in Westminster, MD is seeking an experienced OE Sales Manager to lead original equipment and aftermarket sales within the HVAC Business Unit. You will craft competitive proposals and negotiate favorable terms, then transition contracts to project management for execution.

As the external face of Merak, you will build strategic relationships with car builders across North America, manage a sales team, drive order intake, and ensure profitable bids and long‑term customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience in rail sectors.
• Experience in OE and aftermarket equipment sales.
• Willingness to travel across North America.
• Ability to develop competitive proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-term sales planning for OE and aftermarket.
• Oversee proposal development in response to RFQs.
• Coordinate with Rail Services for long-term spare parts proposals.
• Develop and coach the sales team for high performance.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with car builders.
• Ensure profitability targets are met in bids and projects.
