• 9+ years in BA, OCM, consulting, or transformation.
• Led change initiatives for tech deployments and business transformations.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter; stakeholder engagement and readiness.
• Excellent facilitation, presentations, and executive communication.
• Influence across levels; healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, or government exp. preferred.

Your role in our mission

When you join Gainwell, you will:

• - Lead organizational change management activities supporting complex healthcare, technology, and business transformation initiatives.
• - Partner with business and technical leaders to assess change impacts and develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies.
• - Facilitate change readiness assessments, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify risks, barriers, and opportunities.
• - Analyze business processes and organizational impacts, providing recommendations that support successful transformation outcomes.
• - Measure and monitor change adoption through readiness assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• - Mentor teams on change management best practices and develop mitigation strategies to drive sustainable organizational change.

What we're looking for

• - 9+ years of Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Consulting, or Transformation experience.
• - Proven experience Leading Organizational Change Initiatives for Technology Implementations, Process Improvements, and Business Transformation Programs, and Writing OCM Plans.
• - Strong knowledge of Change Management Fameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar) with expertise in Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessments, and Change Readiness Activities .
• - Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills with the ability to Translate Complex Technical and Business Information into Actionable Insights.
• - Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional teams; Healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, or Government Program experience preferred.

The deadline to submit applications for this posting is December 30, 2026The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
