Job summary

You will develop digital education, training materials, presentations, and outreach resources to help employers and workers understand and apply safety requirements.

This role emphasizes clear communication, instructional design, and collaboration across DOSH programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with OSH focus or related field.
• Proven ability to translate regulations into plain language and practical learning materials.
• Experience developing educational content and training presentations.

Responsibilities

• Convert technical information into practical learning materials.
• Translate regulations into plain language for diverse audiences.
• Develop learning resources to help employers/workers apply safety requirements.
• Create engaging eLearning, PowerPoint presentations, and online resources.
• Research safety issues and ensure accuracy of materials.
• Collaborate with DOSH, other L&I programs, employers, and labor groups.
• Contribute to statewide safety campaigns and outreach events.
