Job summary

ACA Group is seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead or support mock regulatory examinations and reviews for financial services clients. You will guide complex client engagements, draft reports, and provide regulatory consulting on filings, policies, and marketing materials.

You will manage client relationships and projects with a focus on delivering exceptional service, supervise junior staff, and contribute to ACA’s training and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8 years of industry experience or 6 years with regulatory/compliance background.
• Advanced knowledge of federal securities laws and related rules.
• Professional presence capable of interacting with regulators and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist mock regulatory examinations and compliance program reviews, including document requests, interviews, and reporting.
• Guide, coordinate and consolidate work during reviews of large, complex clients.
• Provide regulatory consulting on filings, policies, and marketing materials; answer client questions and propose solutions.
• Manage client relationships and projects proactively with a strong focus on service quality.
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and provide feedback to junior staff; participate in internal initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc projects to support ACA on client and internal initiatives.
