ACA Group is seeking a senior regulatory compliance professional to lead mock examinations and reviews for fund clients, developing reports and advising on policies. You’ll drive complex projects, build client relationships, and may act as outsourced CCO for clients, ensuring compliance programs meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years of industry experience or 6+ years with regulatory/ACA-related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of federal securities laws and related rules.
• Executive presence for interactions with regulators and high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist mock regulatory examinations and compliance program reviews.
• Review documents, conduct interviews, and draft reports with project team oversight.
• Provide regulatory consulting and prepare filings, policies, and procedures.
• Manage client relationships and oversee assigned projects with a proactive, profitable approach.
• Identify and support ACA special projects, deliver training and presentations.
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and provide feedback to colleagues.
• Perform ad-hoc work to support ACA initiatives.
