Qualifications

• Board certification in Obesity Medicine is required.
• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Active medical license; multi-state licenses are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise physiology, and behavioral therapy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and professionals.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with obesity to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide medical management of obesity-related comorbidities (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea).

• Stay updated with current obesity medicine research and advances.
