Job summary
Ilant Health in the United States seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive obesity treatment and management. This role supports a value-based care model via a fully remote setup, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and leveraging our digital platform.
You will evaluate patients, manage obesity-related conditions, and stay current with research in obesity medicine. Flexible schedule includes one weekend day per month and one evening per week to align with patient
Qualifications
- Obesity treatment experience required.
- Active nurse practitioner license; multi-state licensure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and behavioral coaching.
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Weekend day/month and one evening per week schedule as noted.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive obesity evaluations and tailor treatment plans.
- Manage obesity-related comorbidities such as hypertension and diabetes.
- Provide ongoing support through the weight loss journey.
- Collaborate with dietitians, exercise specialists, and mental health providers.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure ethical standards.
