Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Select and sequence ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes for designated patient types.
• Review facility records to ensure accurate APC assignments and E/M codes.
• Abstract clinical data to support diagnoses and procedures.
• Maintain patient/provider confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Participate in client and Savista meetings and trainings.
