Job summary

IKS Health Limited. is seeking an experienced Profee & Facility OBGYN Medical Coder for a fully remote role. You will code professional fee and facility encounters using ICD-10-CM and CPT-4, supporting clinics and surgery records across the USA.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of pro-fee and facility coding, strong CPT/E&M skills, and hands-on experience with EPIC, 3M, and 360. CPC/CCS certifications are preferred. This is a remote position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional fee and facility coding experience.
• Experience coding clinic E&M and CPTs.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Reviews medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses and procedures.
• Abstracts information from the medical record based on client guidelines.
• Solicits clarification from the physician for ambiguous documentation.
• Mentor to training coders and/or new hires.
• Maintains knowledge of Coding Clinic, CPT Assistant, and Official Guidelines.
