Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a fully remote outpatient clinic setting for the Lafayette Women’s Clinic–OBGYN. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation of patient care with oversight by physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license, BLS, and preferably a BSN. The position is 40 hours per week with a pay range of $35.22–$53.29 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their start date.

Responsabilités

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social and psychological status.
• Plan: Develops individualized plan of care using assessment information and critical thinking.
• Actively seeks patient, family, team, and physician involvement to develop plan of care.
• Implement: Directs the interdisciplinary care team via delegation, coordination and collaboration.
• Evaluate: Evaluates patient response to interventions and revises the plan as needed.
