Intermountain Health seeks a qualified Registered Nurse for 100% remote outpatient care in the Lafayette Women's Clinic—OB/GYN. This full-time role involves comprehensive nursing assessment, planning, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality ambulatory care.

Responsibilities include triage, education, and ensuring adherence to care plans while maintaining licensure standards. 40-hour work week with a competitive hourly rate between $35.22 and $53.29.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their start date.

Responsabilités

• Assess physical, social and psychological status of patients.
• Plan individualized care with collaboration from the interdisciplinary team.
• Actively involve patient, family and physician to develop care plans.
• Direct and coordinate the care team to implement the plan of care.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed.
