Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• RNs with <12 months' experience must obtain BSN within 4 years of start date.
• BSN preferred; experience in Women's services, Labor & Delivery, or OBGYN is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social and psychological status and plan individualized care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and education for patients and families.
• Develop and adjust care plans; prioritize and triage in outpatient setting.
• Direct and delegate care while ensuring timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise plans as indicated to improve patient care.
• Promote professional nursing practice and ethical standards.
