Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for outpatient clinic care. This role is fully remote with a Lafayette, CO location at the clinic site for occasional coordination. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the physician and the care team.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS, and OB/GYN or women's services experience is preferred. 40 hours weekly with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within 4 years.
• Preferred: BSN from an accredited program.
• Experience in Women's services, Labor and Delivery, or OB/GYN is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Plan and implement individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and provide patient education.
• Coordinate care and prepare patients for next steps post-episode of care.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed.
