Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 100% remote outpatient role supporting the Lafayette Women’s Clinic—Obstetrics and Gynecology. This full-time position requires clinical expertise in ambulatory care and strong assessment, planning, and coordination of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their start date.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Experience in Women's services; Labor and Delivery, OBGYN is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess physical, social and psychological status.
• Plan individualized care using assessment information.
• Coordinate and educate patients and families in care plans.
• Direct the interdisciplinary care team and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed.
