Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a fully remote Registered Nurse (RN) for the Lafayette Women's Clinic – Obstetrics and Gynecology in Colorado. This 100% remote, full-time role schedules four 10-hour shifts per week, with a wage range of $35.22–$53.29 per hour.

The RN conducts comprehensive patient assessments, plans individualized care, and coordinates an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Minimum qualifications include an active RN license and BLS.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social and psychological status (including cognitive, communicative and developmental skills as appropriate).
• Plan: Uses assessment information to collaboratively develop individualized plan of care.
• Act: Directs the interdisciplinary care team via delegation, coordination and collaboration as appropriate.
• Evaluate: Evaluates patient response to interventions and revises plan of care as indicated.
