BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Quality Reviewer with OASIS certification to work remotely. The role emphasizes auditing patient Plans of Care and OASIS assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and proper reimbursement under Medicare/CMS guidelines.

Candidates must hold COS-C, HCS-O or COQS, and HCS-D or BCHH-C certifications. RNs with certifications are encouraged to apply, with a fully remote workplace and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• RN license with active practice experience.
• COS-C, HCS-O, COQS, HCS-D or BCHH-C OASIS certifications are required.
• Experience with OASIS audits and CMS guidelines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Audit CMS-485 against referral docs, H&P, OASIS for consistency and medical necessity.
• Provide OASIS edit recommendations to clinicians to improve accuracy.
• Review diagnoses and OASIS documents with PDGM billing model compliance.
