Job summary

Healthcare Provider Solutions is seeking a full-time RN or licensed therapist coder/OASIS reviewer to join our remote Coding Services team. The role focuses on home health coding and OASIS review, delivering accurate documentation from a home office.

Requirements include 3 years of coding and OASIS experience, BCHH-C or HCS-D and COS-C/COQS/HCS-O certifications, reliable internet, and the ability to work Mon-Fri 8-4:30 with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have home health coding experience (cannot only be hospice).
• Must hold coding certification (BCHH-C or HCS-D) and OASIS certification (COS-C, COQS or HCS-O) for at least 3 years.
• Must have minimum of 3 year of routine coding and OASIS review.
• Career coder focuses on coding /OASIS at present and for at least the past year.
• Knowledge of at least one EMR system and ability to learn others quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform coding and OASIS reviews for home health and hospice clients.
• Maintain high accuracy and timely submission of coded documents.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure compliant documentation.
