Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Quality Reviewer with OASIS certification for a fully remote, full-time role. The candidate must hold COS-C, HCS-O or COQS and HCS-D or BCHH-C certifications and an active Compact RN license with at least two years of clinical experience.

The reviewer will audit and optimize the patient care plan and OASIS assessments, ensuring CMS compliance and proper reimbursement. Regional remote coordination may apply.

Qualifications

• Active Compact RN Nursing License with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
• COS-C or HCS-O or COQS OASIS Certification and experience required.
• HSC-D or BCHH-C certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit and validate CMS-485 and OASIS documents for accuracy and medical necessity.
• Communicate OASIS edits to clinicians to improve accuracy.
• Review diagnoses and OASIS coding and ensure alignment with PDGM and CMS guidelines.
• Collaborate with service offices and provide CMS/PDGM guidance as needed.
• Support multiple disciplines and assist with revenue impact through documentation trends.
