Job summary

The Eddy Visiting Nurse and Rehab Association is seeking a RN CODER/OASIS Reviewer to join our interdisciplinary Home Care team in a flexible remote-capable role. This position codes and reviews OASIS on SOC, ROC, and RECERTS, aligning with Coding and OASIS guidelines while supporting high-quality patient care.

We value NYS RN licensure, HCS-D, and COS-C/HCS-O credentials, with at least one year of healthcare experience; home care experience is preferred. Flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Current HCS-D certification.
• Either HCS-O or COS-C certification; COS-C must be obtained within 12 months if not held.
• Minimum one year of previous healthcare experience.
• Experience with seniors and/or home care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code and complete OASIS reviews on SOC, ROC, and RECERTS in accordance with Coding and OASIS guidelines.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support a 5-Star agency rating.

HCS-O or COS-C (COS-C within 12 months if missing)
