Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Quality Reviewer with OASIS certification to work remotely. The role audits, validates, and optimizes patient Plans of Care and OASIS assessments to ensure clinical accuracy and Medicare compliance.

RN license with 2+ years clinical experience is required; COS-C/HCS-O/COQS OASIS certification is mandatory. HCHB experience is a plus, and the position offers a base salary of $77,000–$80,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• PC skills competency required.
• Active RN nursing license with at least 2 years clinical experience.
• COS-C or HCS-O or COQS OASIS certification and experience required.
• HCHB experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit CMS-485 against referral documents, H&P, OASIS for 100% consistency and medical necessity.
• Review and communicate OASIS edit recommendations to clinicians to improve accuracy.
• Provide support and communication to all disciplines within the service.
• Offer customer service/education and act as a resource to CMS guidance, PDGM, and billing issues.
• Engage with service offices via email, Zoom, or phone and monitor documentation trends.
