Job summary
Concierge Home Care is seeking an experienced Utilization Review Specialist (RN) for a fully remote role. You will review home health documentation, audit OASIS and care plans, and ensure coding accuracy to protect reimbursement integrity.
Qualified candidates hold an RN license, OASIS and Home Health Coding Certifications, and at least 2 years of home health experience. Remote work, with strong QA and regulatory collaboration, is offered along with incentives.
Qualifications
- OASIS Certification required.
- Home Health Coding Certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and home health regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Review home health clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Audit OASIS documentation and care plans.
- Ensure coding accuracy and reimbursement integrity.
- Collaborate with Branch Directors, Clinical Managers, and field clinicians.
- Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Maintain productivity while reviewing high-volume documentation.
