Job summary

Eddy Visiting Nurse and Rehab Association is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) coder/OASIS reviewer to join our interdisciplinary Home Care team. The role allows flexible remote work with opportunities for per diem, part-time, or full-time employment and focuses on coding and OASIS reviews for SOC, ROC, and recertifications.

Ideal candidates have a NYS RN license, HCS-D, and ideally HCS-O or COS-C, with at least one year of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Current HCS-D certification.
• Current HCS-O or COS-C (COS-C within a year if missing).
• At least 1 year of previous healthcare experience.
• Experience with seniors or home care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code and complete OASIS reviews on SOC, ROC and RECERTS following Coding and OASIS guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical team to deliver accurate, timely documentation.
