Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing: NY licensing required.
• Jurisdiction Knowledge: NY

Responsibilities

• Analyze NY Lost-Time claims to determine benefits due and adjudicate within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients; report to excess carrier as needed.
