Job summary

Diamond Game Enterprises in Albany (remote) seeks an Operations Manager to lead New York market operations, install and maintain gaming tech, and drive growth. You’ll train staff, optimize uptime, and partner with Sales, Product, and Compliance to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong technical hands-on skills, field leadership, and the ability to work across a dispersed territory with Travel. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting field operations, gaming equipment, or related technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience building customer, distributor, dealer, or partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations, upgrades, launches, and field deployments of electronic gaming equipment.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert on gaming cabinets, software, peripherals, and operating systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with distributor partners and customers through hands-on support and training.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and take action to protect revenue and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Leadership to drive growth strategies.
• Support new product launches, field testing, and promotional programs.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to shape future products and services.
• Help recruit, train, and lead future team members as the market expands.
• Represent the Diamond Game brand with professionalism and integrity.
