Job summary

Diamond Game is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and grow our presence in New York's charitable gaming market. You will serve as the market expert, trusted advisor, and operational leader responsible for delivering exceptional experiences in the region.

This remote role is based in Albany, NY, with travel across the state. You will lead installations, troubleshoot systems, train staff, and partner with Sales, Product, and Compliance to drive growth while maintaining high customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or related field.
5+ years supporting field operations, gaming equipment, or related tech.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience building customer, distributor, or partner relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead installations, upgrades, launches, and field deployments of electronic gaming equipment.
Be the go-to technical expert on our gaming systems and peripherals.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment to maximize uptime.
Build relationships with distributor partners and customers through hands-on support and training.
Monitor performance, identify issues, and protect revenue and customer experience.
