Formación

• Proven track record as a top-performing recruiter within manufacturing, technical operations, engineering, or related markets.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering consistent commercial results.
• Ability to mentor, coach, or influence peers and junior team members.
• Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to market growth.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Technical Operations recruitment across North America.
• Establish DSJ Global as the premier recruitment partner for manufacturing and operations talent.
• Identify new verticals, submarkets, and geographic opportunities for expansion.
• Build market presence through client engagement, networking, and thought leadership.
• Lead relationships with key clients and expand existing accounts.
