Job summary

UPMC is seeking a remote IT/Clinical Nutrition project coordinator to support Computrition Enterprise Nutrition Information System across the UPMC system. The role includes coordinating projects, developing training, and mentoring super users with onsite Pittsburgh-area meetings as needed.

The position requires 3+ years in nutrition/food service, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication, with travel 6–8 times per year. Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Nutrition or Dietetics or 5 years leadership with financial acumen.
• Minimum 3 years of food service or clinical nutrition experience.
• Strong computer/analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Adapt communication style to audience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity, accuracy, and functionality of Computrition sites across UPMC system.
• Troubleshoot Computrition system errors with Application Support to identify resolutions.
• Maintain data within Nutrition Care Management, Foodservice Operations, and SuitePoint! POS in Hospitality Suite.
• Conduct workflow analysis and data collection to support child site schemas.
• Coordinate assigned projects with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Participate in Hospitality Suite system testing with ISD for implementation and ongoing functionality.
• Develop site-specific training materials and provide orientation and training to associates.
• Mentor and support super users across UPMC child sites.
• Serve as liaison between operational teams and ISD to resolve system issues.
