Job summary

Ascend Learning is seeking a part-time Nursing Academic Readiness Educator to remotely support entry-level nursing students in math, science, English and reading via one-on-one online guidance using ATI tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with ATI product teams, weekly virtual office hours, and tailoring study plans based on student performance. A Master’s degree is preferred and online teaching experience is desirable.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in education with teaching certification preferred.
Experience teaching in online environments preferred.
Knowledge of secondary-level math, science, English and reading.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one instruction using a distance learning platform to support entry-level nursing students in math, science, English and reading.
Learn and maintain understanding of ATI products and solutions to assist customers.
Demonstrate analytical skills to interpret participant outcomes.
Implement consistent processes to deliver high-quality online support.
Collaborate with team members and faculty to promote excellence in delivery and discuss students’ outcomes.
Provide scheduled virtual student office hours, weekly.
Have access to dependable computer with reliable internet.
