Job summary

Ascend Learning is seeking enthusiastic nurse educators to provide part-time, one-on-one online instruction to individuals preparing for NCLEX. Virtual ATI Educators/NCLEX Specialist position are hired on an as needed basis.

This remote role supports ATI nursing brands and requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and an active Registered Nursing License. Candidates should be comfortable using ATI resources and delivering structured, personalized study plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) is required.
• Knowledge of NCLEX Blueprint.
• Active Registered Nursing License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching nursing academics in a College/University classroom or online setting; 5+ years preferred.
• Recent teaching in nursing academics in a college/university setting.
• Experience teaching in an online environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ATI products preferred.
• A computer with reliable internet access.
• Ability to communicate professionally and clearly in the online environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time one-on-one online instruction to NCLEX candidates.
• Understand ATI products to assist customers.
• Implement consistent processes to deliver high-quality reviews.
