Job summary

Ease Health, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Operations Lead in New York City to join a fast-growing health-tech team.

You will serve as the senior escalation point for clinical and operational issues, translating inpatient and outpatient workflows into product requirements and leading implementations across the care continuum. You will train clinical staff, explore AI-driven automation for nursing workflows, and run clinical demos to support customer adoption, outcomes, and retention.

Qualifications

• Active medical or nursing license (RN/LPN/NP/PA) is required.
• Experience turning clinical workflows into product requirements is preferred.
• Experience across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex clinical and operational issues.
• Translate inpatient/outpatient workflows into product requirements with engineering and product teams.
• Lead implementations across the continuum of care (inpatient psychiatry, residential SUD, IOP, PHP, outpatient).
• Train clinical staff to use the platform in daily workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate nursing workflows and care coordination with AI.
• Conduct clinical demonstrations and support customer implementations.
• Collaborate with customer leadership to drive adoption, outcomes, and retention.
