Spring Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to own clinician enrollment with health plans and maintain accurate plan rosters. This fully remote, full-time role reports to the Enrollment Manager and partners with Credentialing, Onboarding, and Claims teams to ensure clinicians can start seeing members and are paid correctly.

You will manage enrollment requests, build rosters in Google Sheets/Excel, reconcile data across systems, and improve processes with AI-powered automation while

Competenze

• 2+ years of provider enrollment experience with commercial health plans.
• Experience automating roster submission/workflows with measurable gains.
• Excellent attention to detail and source data validation.

Mansioni

• Submit and track clinician enrollment requests with multiple health plans, ensuring correct effective dates.
• Build, quality-check, and submit recurring clinician rosters to health plans in Google Sheets and Excel, verifying names, tax IDs, licenses, and locations.
• Reconcile roster and enrollment records across systems and plan files, resolving discrepancies before claims/payments.
• Manage clinician requests to add/remove health plans or state licenses and maintain records.
• Monitor enrollment status and turnaround times, elevating delays with proposed next steps.
• Communicate clearly with clinicians and health plan contacts, professionally and promptly.
• Utilize AI tools daily for automations/analysis, validating outputs before submission.
• Document procedures to automate steps and keep them current.
