Qualifications

• Health information systems or related technology experience.
• Strong project management background with cross-functional delivery.
• Experience using project planning tools such as Visio, Project, Planner, Teams, Miro, Confluence.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication across multiple teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate resources for complex projects.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from Sales to Implementation, communicating status to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Manage delivery within predefined goals, balancing time, quality, and resources.
• Facilitate meetings to gather input, align expectations, and drive decisions.
• Interface Product and Support to address customer issues and training needs.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach and ensure partner alignment.
• Track and report milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, docs, and risk logs.
• Align deliverables with overall vision/strategy.
• Negotiate with stakeholders on resource allocation and customer impact.
• Improve processes to boost operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage expectations and communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and provide ongoing support.
• Develop workflows to turn ideas into actionable plans.
