Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual care for women in perimenopause and menopause, managing weight, sexual health, mood and sleep. You will independently prescribe and titrate HRT and GLP‑1 therapies, within a high‑volume, protocol-driven setting.

This fully remote position supports patients across the United States with flexible scheduling between 7:00am–7:00pm in their local time zones. Strong clinical judgment and autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel—building ongoing relationships
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP‑1 agonists
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

Responsibilities

• Carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and evaluate GLP‑1 therapies.
• Work in a high‑volume environment with documentation, follow‑through and productivity benchmarks.
• Move confidently between patients and platforms while maintaining warmth and patient relationships.
