Job summary

Midi Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver virtual care for perimenopause and menopause patients across the United States. You will prescribe HRT, evaluate pharmacologic weight management, and manage a full patient panel in a fast-paced, fully remote setting.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, high-volume productivity, and patient-centered care with modern clinical tools. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — autonomous decisions.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating/prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, incl. GLP-1 agonists.
• Preferred: MSCP and/or Obesity Medicine certification.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and GLP-1 therapies.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions and maintain high-volume productivity.
