Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to deliver virtual care for perimenopause, menopause, weight management, and related health needs across the United States. You will manage a full patient panel, prescribe and adjust HRT, and evaluate GLP-1 therapies, with emphasis on autonomy and high-quality care.

The role is fully remote with clinical autonomy within a supportive framework; strong EHR and telemedicine skills are essential, along with the ability to multi-task across

Qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

Responsibilities

• Manage a full patient panel remotely, focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood and sleep.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT; evaluate pharmacologic weight management options including GLP-1 therapies.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions daily in a high-volume, virtual care environment.
• Maintain documentation, complete follow-through, and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Communicate effectively across platforms and time zones to ensure continuous care.
