Job summary

Midi Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a fully remote, US-wide role in integrated women’s care. You will manage a full patient panel remotely, handling perimenopause, menopause, weight management, and sexual health while prescribing HRT and GLP-1 therapies.

The position offers an exempt, full-time schedule with care delivered across time zones, 7:00am–7:00pm local time, and a strong emphasis on autonomy, documentation, and patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses.
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies incl GLP-1 agonists.
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
• Preferred: MSCP and/or Obesity Medicine certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage full patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep—virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and GLP-1 therapies.
• Maintain high-volume, efficient visits with thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Collaborate within a protocol-driven remote care model while ensuring patient safety.
