Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver virtual care for women’s midlife health, with autonomy to manage perimenopause, menopause, weight, and sexual health. You will prescribe HRT and GLP-1 weight therapies from a fully remote setup.

The role requires Oklahoma residency, 40-hour weeks, and scheduling between 7:00 am–7:00 pm in the patient’s local time zone. Compensation is $55–$70 per hour, based on geography.

Qualifications

• Must live in the state of Oklahoma.
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
• Preferred: menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full patient panel managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and assess pharmacologic weight management options.
• Maintain high-volume productivity with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Provide autonomous clinical decisions and compassionate care in a remote, multi-time-zone environment.
