Job summary

ComplexCare Solutions is hiring a Nurse Practitioner Per Diem to cover King County, WA. The position allows practitioners to conduct in-depth patient assessments, enabling tailored healthcare management and improving clinical outcomes.

Candidates must have an un-encumbered nursing license and be board certified. This role provides flexible compensation based on completed assessments, with an in-home visit rate ranging from $120 to $140.

Qualifications

• Active un-encumbered nursing license.
• ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• Must maintain CPR certification.
• Compliance with Healthcare Personnel Requirements for vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive member assessments and complete documentation.
• Recognize urgent situations requiring escalation and provide recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA requirements.
• Be available for a minimum of 25 slots per month (approximately 37 hours).

Skills

Effective communication with elderly and chronically ill patients

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multitask

Bi-lingual or multi-lingual

Education

Active un-encumbered license to practice nursing

ANCC or AANP board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
