Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license is required.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 3+ years of dermatology or immunology exposure preferred.
• 2-5 years in case management or patient support roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and payers to ensure patient access to prescribed medications and education on program offerings.
• Serve as primary contact for patients and caregivers, guiding through enrollment in support programs and post-prescription steps.
• Manage patient cases from referral through therapy initiation with compliant, timely progression.
• Conduct benefits investigations and manage prior authorizations and appeals to optimize access and affordability.
• Document all interactions, monitor progress, and escalate complex reimbursement issues as needed.
