Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Remote Care Management Nurse to join our Clinical Services team in a future-opportunities pool. This role focuses on case management, care coordination, and oversight to promote quality and cost-effective outcomes while supporting members’ health needs.

Ideal candidates are RNs with 3+ years of direct clinical or case-management experience, licensure in the US, and eligibility for multi-state licensure including WA, OR, ID, and UT.

Qualifications

• Nursing or health/human services degree (Associate's or Bachelor's minimum) or equivalent experience
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the U.S. or territory
• 3+ years direct clinical care or case management experience
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Conducts case management activities: assessment, planning, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation
• Ensures compliance with medical policy and guidelines within the license scope
• Collaborates with physicians, departments, and external customers to resolve issues and drive quality improvement
• Maintains professional documentation and protects confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinates resources and priorities to meet goals and timelines
