Qualifications

• Active RN license (any state) with 5–12 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Background in surgical settings preferred (orthopedics, spine, bariatric, cardiac, or general surgery).
• Remote work experience with discipline to work from home 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of surgical patients from inquiry through full post-op recovery.
• Gather medical histories, retrieve records, and facilitate referrals to top surgeons.
• Guide patients through provider selection, scheduling, travel, and post-op adherence.
• Track patient outcomes and ensure safe transitions of care.
• Collaborate with product/engineering teams to build AI-powered clinical workflows.
