As an early Nurse Navigator on this tight-knit team, you will coordinate end-to-end surgical episodes of care while helping design and build the company's core clinical operating system. Comprehensive Care Management: Managing an active caseload of surgical patients from initial inquiry through their full post-operative recovery, interacting directly with premier U.S. and international medical providers.
Clinical Preparation: Gathering detailed medical histories, retrieving clinical records, and facilitating referrals to top specialist surgeons for consultations.
Patient Advocacy: Guiding patients step-by-step through provider selection, surgical scheduling, pre-op requirements, travel logistics, and post-op adherence.
Outcome Optimization: Tracking patient-reported health outcomes rigorously, identifying potential recovery issues early, and ensuring safe transitions of care.
AI & Product Development: Collaborating with the product and engineering teams to build, refine, and scale AI-powered clinical workflows.
Licensure & Experience: Active RN license (any state) with 5 to 12 years of total clinical nursing experience. Strong preference for background in surgical settings (e.g., orthopedics, spine, bariatric, cardiac, or general surgery).
Remote Capability: Prior remote work experience with the proven discipline to work productively from home 70% of the time.
Location Flexibility: Must be based in the SF Bay Area or Sacramento region and able to travel to the San Francisco office 5 days per month.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 - $155,000 inclusive of performance bonuses
