Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Valid State of Florida RN license required (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Triages new patient appointments and ensures timely scheduling of initial visits.
• Reviews outside medical records to support scheduling decisions.
• Educates patients on treatment plans based on diagnosis and care pathway.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team to outline optimal treatment.
• Mentors healthcare professionals and coordinates educational activities.
