• Experience applying state licensure rules and federal certification standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication when engaging with providers, public groups, and professional organizations.

• Perform licensure and certification surveys to assess compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Review Plans of Correction and deficiency reports; ensure corrective actions address cited deficiencies.
• Coordinate survey activities across the Wake/Central Region with regular travel to assigned counties.
• Interact with providers and public to communicate licensure requirements and survey processes.
