Amentum is seeking a Management and Systems Engineer in Oak Ridge, TN, to assist in defining and managing requirements for nuclear infrastructure projects. You will help craft high-level requirements, oversee derived ones from early design, and manage contracts and SOWs while interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, documentation, verification of requirements, and supportive change management within company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project delivery and people management role.
• Broad knowledge of related project delivery disciplines for nuclear facility infrastructure.
• Self-starter, able to collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong relationship management, facilitation and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing requirements for nuclear infrastructure project delivery.
• Assemble and manage high-level requirements to meet customer and project goals.
• Oversee derived requirements developed in early design definition.
• Manage Contract and SOW requirements.
• Communicate effectively across customers, resources, suppliers, and consultants.
• Interface with clients and support interfaces with owner and third-party equipment.
• Assist in interface definitions and controls for cross-discipline integration.
• Organize work within company, program, and project standards.
• Document requirements in a database tool to aid in documentation and control.
• Support verification that requirements are satisfied during delivery.
• Assist in change management and assess impacts to documented requirements.
