Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Engineering Project Manager in Oak Ridge, Tennessee to support large-scale nuclear projects. The role focuses on aligning teams, engaging stakeholders, and delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget.

Based in Oak Ridge, the position emphasizes safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while coordinating across multi-disciplinary design projects and client organizations. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering from ABET-accredited institution or BA in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience with increasing responsibility.
• PE or RA license desired but not required.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate engineering for assigned design projects to meet client goals within the time frame and funding parameters.
• Provide leadership across capital projects involving nuclear infrastructure, advanced reactor deployment, and mission-critical programs.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance across projects.
