Job summary

D2B is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to support NSW property matters on a remote basis. You will assist with day-to-day management of NSW residential conveyancing from instruction to settlement and post-settlement administration, working with Australian-qualified solicitors and licensed conveyancers.

The role emphasizes file management, document preparation, and compliance under supervision, with a focus on accuracy, timelines, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years Australian conveyancing experience, preferably NSW residential conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of Australian conveyancing processes and NSW procedures.
• Proficient in PEXA; hands-on experience essential.
• Experience with LEAP or similar conveyancing practice management software.
• Qualification in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English with a client-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Australian-qualified practitioners under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing conveyancing files from initial instruction through to post-settlement completion.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding progress, requirements, and timelines.
• Obtain client documents and instructions for review by supervising practitioners.
• Ensure file records and documentation are accurately maintained.
